Refund Policy
KJ Controls Ltd has a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all included parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation, where applicable.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved by KJ Controls Ltd before being shipped back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Special-order items
Custom-ordered or modified products
Items sold as final sale
Items that have been installed, used, altered, damaged, or are missing original parts or packaging
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or other restricted products where return shipping is not permitted

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you need is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all included parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation, where applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
